Good reasons to write
- You found a mistake. Tell us the page and what is wrong. A link to a source helps us fix it quickly.
- A tool did not work. Tell us what you did, what happened, and which phone or browser you used. Please do not send real bank details or real ACH files.
- You have an idea for a form or tool that would help your business.
What we cannot help with
- Tracing or stopping a payment. We are not a bank and cannot see payments. Contact your bank. If money left your account without your permission, read what an unauthorized return is and call your bank.
- Legal or financial advice. We publish general information only.
- Official Nacha matters. We are not affiliated with Nacha. For the official rules, go to nacha.org.
