1. What we provide
ACH Forms provides free tools, form templates and general information about ACH payments. The site is run by EmproIT.
2. General information, not advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or compliance advice. The forms are templates. They are built to include the elements Nacha rules ask for, but we do not promise that a form meets the rules, the law, or your bank's requirements for your situation. Check with your bank, and with a lawyer if you need one, before you use a form or act on anything you read here.
3. Not affiliated with Nacha or any bank
ACH Forms is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nacha, the Federal Reserve, The Clearing House or any bank. Names of organizations are used only to describe their rules and services.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the forms and files you create and for how you use them.
- Check every form, file and number before you rely on it.
- Get a proper authorization before you take money from anyone's account.
- Keep completed forms safe. They contain bank details.
- Do not use the site to break the law or to deceive anyone.
5. The tools
The routing number checker checks the format of a number. It cannot confirm a bank's name or that an account exists. The file tools check an ACH file against the public format. Your bank may have extra requirements, so test with your bank before you send real payments.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We work hard to keep the information correct and current, but rules change and mistakes happen. We do not guarantee that the site is free of errors or always available.
7. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, EmproIT is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, its tools, its forms or its information, including returned payments, fees, fines or lost profits.
8. Your content and ours
The forms and files you make belong to you. Use them freely in your business. The site's text, design and code belong to EmproIT. Please do not copy the site or its content in bulk.
9. Links and ads from other companies
We link to sources such as Nacha and government sites. We are not responsible for what other sites publish.
The site shows ads from Adsterra, a third-party ad network. We do not choose, check or recommend the ads or what they offer, and we are not responsible for them or for the sites they lead to.
10. Changes
We may update the site and these terms. The date below shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
